Information collected
When a visitor sends an enquiry, the form collects the visitor’s name, work email, organization (if supplied), area of interest and message, together with an acknowledgement of this privacy policy. WordPress saves the enquiry privately for follow-up. The website host may separately process IP addresses, device details and security logs needed to serve and protect the site.
Why we process information
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, understand technical requirements, compare sourcing options, prepare quotations, discuss project feasibility, coordinate accepted orders, provide legitimate customer support, maintain business records and prevent misuse. We do not sell personal information.
Enquiry storage and email notifications
Enquiries submitted through the WordPress form are stored as private Enquiry records. The site attempts to send a notification to info@tervotek.com using the WordPress email service. Email notifications depend on successful SMTP configuration and delivery; the database record is retained even if email delivery cannot be confirmed.
Service providers and suppliers
We may share information with hosting, email, logistics, technical advisers or relevant suppliers when needed to provide an agreed service.
